Just 2,500 bottles of this 100% Syrah are bottled, aged (on the skins) for six months in amphorae, then filtered and matured in small French oak barrels.

Brilliant ruby red colour. On the nose, a seductive blend of cherry with hints of chocolate, herbs and a fine liquorice note. Cherry again on the palate, complemented by a kaleidoscope of chocolate, coffee and a subtle juniper note. A fabulous acidity structure and fine-grained tannins guide this precisely composed wine to a furious final. Keir complements the winery's high-class portfolio in a very independent and emphatic way.
