South Tyrol's most widespread white wine develops its classic elegance on calcareous clay-dolomite soils between 260 and 380 metres. These medium altitudes offer optimal conditions for this classic grape variety: Alpine freshness with sufficient Mediterranean warmth for the reddish-grey berries. As a white mutation of Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio shows its southern Alpine facet here: controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by six months of ageing on the lees for additional texture and complexity.

Pale straw yellow with golden reflections in the glass. The bouquet delights with its fruity intensity: ripe honeydew melon dominates, accompanied by notes of pear and green apple. Subtle floral nuances and a hint of nut round off the inviting aroma spectrum. On the palate, the Pinot Grigio is soft and full-bodied with a perfectly balanced structure. The six-month yeast ageing gives it a silky fullness without masking its characteristic freshness. The lively acidity gives the wine vigour and leads to a harmonious, long finish with mineral hints of the dolomite terroir.
