    A brilliant ruby red. The aromas are intense and complex, with notes of plum compote, cloves, sage and dark chocolate. On the palate, cherry and plum, along with lovely notes of bitter cocoa and liquorice. The texture is velvety, yet lively and juicy, with vibrant acidity that teases the palate with mineral-tinged red fruits and sweet spices. In final complex final, the wine becomes darker and more intense, revealing blackcurrants, herbal notes and a hint of bitter coffee.
