The growing season became warmer and warmer as the summer progressed, with no heat spikes, and ended with timely rains and a warm autumn. The harvest began in mid-September and the grapes ripened according to the right parameters without over-ripening. The wine has a natural texture carried by dark fruit, navel fruit, tobacco, bay leaf and Mediterranean herbs. Mineral flint notes add to the complexity.
