Elisabetta Geppetti says she didn't want to jump on the popular Vermentino bandwagon and instead opted for this French-inspired blend to capture floral tones, drying mineral nuances and crunchy stone fruit from chalky soils. On the nose, a multi-layered bouquet with fine herbal notes. Powerful, fresh and elegant on the palate with a mineral acidity and citrus flavours on the finish.
