This Riserva is only made available each year in very small quantities to hand-picked specialist retailers and top restaurants. Brilliant ruby red colour. Fine raspberry and floral notes dominate the spicy nose. Very juicy on the palate, tannins and acidity are well integrated. Riecines Riserva has length and suppleness right through to the long fruity finish. The elegance and fine melting texture are impressive. "The Riserva is intended to offer a panorama of the best characteristics of the vintage - with broader shoulders than the Annata. In the glass, the 2022 emphasises the beauty of the fragrance and the juiciness of the wine. Aromas of brushwood, mace and violets emanate from the glass. The medium-bodied and elegantly concentrated wine has a straightforward drinking flow and tangy acidity. Jasmine and camomile permeate the red berry centre.
