A great Trebbiano with high standards: this Superiore from the traditional Castello di Semivicoli winery combines freshness with a fine texture and surprising depth. The 2020 vintage shines with its ideal ripening process: cool nights, warm days - excellent conditions for structure and aromatic clarity. After organic manual harvesting, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of ageing on the fine lees to better integrate the flavours. No ageing in wood!

Bright straw yellow in colour with a fine green hue. The nose presents notes of pear, white peach, lemon zest, honeydew melon and a floral hint of acacia blossom. A mineral nuance lends additional precision to the flavour. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with lively acidity, fine creaminess, subtle power and a clear, savoury final. The texture remains polished, leading and never superficial - the experience is one of velvety finesse.
