![Sauvignon Bianco Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2025]()
Sauvignon Bianco Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2025
Delicate straw yellow colour with silver reflections. The aroma: clear, fresh and typical of Friulian Sauvignon - green gooseberry, lemon zest, elderflower and a hint of sage. Lively and juicy on the palate, with well-balanced freshness. The flavour remains precise without being overpowering, the acidity is present but well integrated. The ageing in stainless steel tanks preserves the tension and varietal character, while a fine melting texture lends the wine elegance. A modern classic with a northern Italian soul - its balance makes it a versatile accompaniment to light cuisine. SUPERIORE.DE

“De Vite” Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025
Tramin, the heart of South Tyrolean viticulture – and Hofstätter has been its most reliable interpreter for generations. "De Vite" is Martin Foradori-Hofstätter's entry into the world of white wines: a cuvée of Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and Müller-Thurgau, vinified in steel, focussed on freshness and drinkability. Light yellow in colour with greenish reflections, lively in the glass. The nose reveals green apples, a hint of lemongrass and delicate elderflower – clear, inviting, alpine. Precise acidity on the palate, good balance, a light, invigorating finish. A direct and beautiful wine for the moment, without detours, without any claim to great complexity, but with the typical Hofstätter sense of care even in simplicity. SUPERIORE.DE

Branu means "spring" and is a fresh greeting from Gallura: the name alludes to new beginnings and lightness and it is the programme. 100% Vermentino, grown on the granite terraces around Arzachena, captures spring in a glass – primarily in flavour and style, but never too playful. The vineyards are located close to the coast, with granite substrates, sparse scrubland and a constant sea breeze – a terroir that combines minerality and freshness as it matures.

Greco di Tufo DOCG 2025
Greco di Tufo is one of the most distinctive white wines in southern Italy – mineral, full of character and with a clear profile of origin. The volcanic soils around Tufo in the heart of Irpinia give the wine its typical tension. The vintage is balanced and aromatically precise: a light straw yellow colour with golden reflections in the glass. On the nose, white mandarin, yellow apple, quince and a hint of smokiness – typical of the grape variety. Taut and juicy on the palate, with vibrant acidity, a chalky texture and a salty finish. “La Volta” Vino Rosso Frizzante 2025 secco
The Cantina della Volta is located on a section of the Naviglio di Bomporto canal – the place where river trains used to have to turn round before continuing towards Modena. La Volta means the turn, the hairpin bend. Not an inappropriate name for a frizzante that also goes its own way. 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara from the alluvial soils of the Secchia river, hand-picked in 15-kilogramme crates, cold maceration, first fermentation in steel tanks. What follows is the decisive step: the second fermentation in the bottle – bottle-fermented like a Méthode Classico, then the yeast carefully removed, crown cork. The same artisanal effort that Christian Bellei shows in his great sparkling wines – for a frizzante that should simply be a pleasure to drink.

!["Cassiopea" Rosato Toscana IGT 2025]()
“Cassiopea” Rosato Toscana IGT 2025
In the heart of Bolgheri, where Marilisa Allegrini and her late brother Walter realised their Tuscan dream in 2001, an old tradition is being revived. Cassiopea bears the name of the constellation that shines brightly over the 70-hectare estate of Poggio al Tesoro - a cosmic W for Walter or M for Marilisa, depending on the angle of view in the night sky of the Costa Toscana. This elegant Rosato comes from the prestigious Le Sondraie vineyard, which was once leased to Ornellaia and now forms the centrepiece of the Allegrini vision. The "soprastrada" vineyard, located to the east of the famous Strada Bolgherese, is considered the most valuable area of Bolgheri in terms of quality. Here, where the Seggio stream has transported minerals from the nearby hills for centuries, complex soils of sand, clay and pebbles with a high magnesium content create ideal conditions for both grape varieties.

The Maremma was Etruscan country before it became wine country – and on the hill of Gavorrano, where the cellar building designed by Renzo Piano is cut into the landscape, excavations have brought to light wine remains from a past almost three thousand years old. What began back then, Rocca di Frassinello continues today: as a joint venture between Castellare di Castellina and the Domaines Barons de Rothschild-Lafite, with the aim of uniting the best of two wine worlds on a single estate. The Vermentino grows at an altitude of 90 metres in a natural wind tunnel along the old Via Aurelia – a constant sea breeze blows over the hills from the coast near Castiglione della Pescaia, keeping humidity and heat at bay. !["Dragon" Bianco Langhe DOC 2025]()
“Dragon” Bianco Langhe DOC 2025
In the 1980s, Luigi Baudana planted Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc on his slopes in Serralunga d'Alba – at a time when white wine had no great tradition in the Langhe. That took courage. This is precisely why the wine is now called Dragon and bears the dragon by illustrator Gianni Gallo on the label: a symbol of courage that the Vajra family incorporated into its own history after taking over the Baudana estate. Today, the Dragon is no longer a simple Bianco. Nascetta – the most fascinating indigenous white wine variety of the Langhe, rescued and cultivated by Vajra – gives the blend its unmistakable character. A touch of Riesling: the signature of an estate that sees curiosity as an attitude. Fermentation and ageing in steel for approx. 6 months.

As a rule, Aglianico is not a grape variety that gives pleasure immediately (and very young). Anyone who knows Titolo knows this: structure, tannin, concentration – wines for years, not for tonight. Verha Rosso is Elena Fucci's other answer to the same volcano. From young vines in Contrada Catavatta, harvested by hand in small crates at the end of September, spontaneously fermented in steel, twelve days of maceration – no more. Six months in steel, six months in bottle. No wood to make the Aglianico heavier than it wants to be at this moment. The result is an Aglianico that is rarely encountered: lean, fresh, easy to drink – with fine tannins and that volcanic character that clearly localises this wine.

Lagrein Rosé Alto Adige DOC 2025
The "Kretzer" is South Tyrol's most traditional rosé. It is produced on calcareous clay soils between 260 and 380 metres above sea level from the autochthonous king grape variety par excellence. The name Kretzer comes from the medieval vinification process – the "Kretze", a woven wicker basket, was once used to separate must and berry skins. This historic rosé wine tradition is continued today using state-of-the-art cellar technology: The Lagrein grapes undergo traditional rosé vinification at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, where brief contact with the skins gives the wine its characteristic salmon red colour.

!["Cavallo delle Fate" Grillo Sicilia DOC 2025]()
“Cavallo delle Fate” Grillo Sicilia DOC 2025
The name says it all: Grillo means cricket – and in Sicilian folk tales, the cricket is the fairies' horse that carries them through the night on its back. "Cavallo delle Fate" therefore – the fairy horse. A wine that takes its name seriously: light at first glance, but with an energy that carries. Grillo is one of the oldest grape varieties in Sicily, a cross between Catarratto and Zibibbo, long known primarily for Marsala. In Regaleali, it grows on the hills of Sant'Anna and Piana Case Vecchie, 480 metres above sea level, facing south-east, in deep loamy, slightly calcareous soils. Tasca deliberately plays with two harvest times: Some of the grapes are harvested earlier – for freshness and minerality – the rest later, for body and structure. No wood, no malolactic fermentation, four months of maturation on the lees in steel tanks. Cool, precise, with respect for a grape variety that needs no disguise.

!["Rosé" Cuvée Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025]()
“Rosé" Cuvée Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025
Three grape varieties, three soils, one rosé. Nals Margreid summarises in this cuvée what makes up the South Tyrolean wine landscape between Nals and Magreid in miniature: Merlot from broodinglimestone gravel soil with a high humus content, Pinot Noir and Lagrein from porphyry, sandy river alluvial soils. 280 to 400 metres above sea level, a Mediterranean climate with warm summers, mild winters – and the Ora, the warm afternoon wind from Lake Garda, which sweeps over the slopes every day and shapes the flavour of the grapes. Hand-picked, short maceration, fermentation in steel for around three weeks, then five months of ageing on the fine lees before bottling.

!["Reverie" Valpolicella DOC 2025]()
“Reverie” Valpolicella DOC 2025
Rêverie means daydream. Gaspari deliberately chose the French word – for a wine that requires no concentration, no patience, no prior knowledge. You pour, you drink, you are happy. This is more difficult to create than it sounds. 2025 was a warm, generous vintage in Valpolicella – mediterranean fruit, ripe flavours, a natural balance between power and freshness. The fact that the Rêverie nevertheless remains light is due to the decision: early harvest, short skin contact, no intervention, no wood. Celestino Gaspari does not intervene in a wine that shines on its own – he leaves it.

!["I Frati" Lugana DOC 2025]()
“I Frati” Lugana DOC 2025
Probably the most famous Lugana from the southern shore of Lake Garda – i Frati is the flagship of the estate. Made from 100% Turbiana from calcareous moraine soils, it combines regional typicity with fine modern precision. Brilliant straw yellow in the glass with greenish reflections. Fresh citrus fruit, white peaches, pears and a hint of almond blossom on the nose, complemented by delicate herbal notes. Clear and juicy on the palate, with lively, well-integrated acidity, fine flavour and a subtle mineral vein that lends freshness and depth in equal measure. The final is long, elegant and characterised by citrus fruit. A timeless classic that brings the terroir of the Lugana region perfectly into the glass – stylish, stimulating to drink and with assured ageing potential. SUPERIORE.DE

![Rosato Toscana IGT 2025 (BIO)]()
Rosato Toscana IGT 2025 (BIO)
Monti in Chianti, at the southern tip of the Chianti Classico, seven kilometres south of Gaiole. Marco Ricasoli-Firidolfi has been cultivating the same slopes here for generations – the family dates back to the Lombard era, and the winegrowing is no less ancient. The estate has been certified organic since 2010. The Rosato is made from the same Sangiovese vineyards that supply the fruit for the Chianti Classico and the Gran Selezione San Marcellino. Hand-picked, short maceration time of 40 to 50 minutes, must clarification at low temperature, around one month of fermentation in steel tanks, then three to four months sur lie. The result is not a light summer rosé, but a rosato with substance: lively acidity, salinity, fine minerality.

![Greco di Tufo DOCG 2025]()
Greco di Tufo DOCG 2025
In the first century BC, the Pelasgians brought – immigrants from Thessaly – brought a grape variety to the hills of Irpinia that the Romans later called "Aminea Gemina" because of its characteristic two-part grape. Two millennia later, this vine still has the same character: unconventional, mineral, with a longevity that is unrivalled among white varieties. Mastroberardino has not only cultivated the Greco – the family rescued it when it had almost disappeared after the Second World War and made it the flagship of Campania for decades. The vineyards of Tufo and Petruro Irpino are situated at 450 metres above sea level, exposed to the south-east, in clayey and calcareous soils – and in Tufo the soil is literally named after the rock that was once important as a sulphur mine. This sulphur tone in the terroir is no coincidence: it is a signature. Hand-picked in the second decade of October, classic vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by several months of bottle ageing – precise, without distraction.
