The colour in the glass is a brilliant canary yellow, clear, lively and inviting. The aroma is typical, but loaded with precision and freshness: Pineapple, white melon rind, Granny Smith apple, chunky rice grains and prickly pear. Fresh, energetic and finely structured on the palate – vibrant acidity meets lush but clear fruit. The minerality remains present, balanced and deep, especially due to the altitude and the cool influence of the nearby sea.
