Made from the finest autochthonous grapes from selected vineyards, prolonged maceration and a vinification process that redefines boundaries – this rosé is Capichera's manifesto for a new era in Sardinian viticulture.

The glass reveals an intense, salmon-pink colour of remarkable depth. The bouquet unfolds layer upon layer: wild strawberries and raspberries merge with notes of pink pepper and Mediterranean herbs, while delicate rose petals and a hint of salty sea air complete the complexity.
