    New world meets old world. Impressive Sauvignon Bianco from higher-lying plots in the Langhe around Treiso and Trezzo Tinella, harvested cool and rigorously selected. The musts are fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel; the wine then remains on the fine lees for several months (with gentle stirring), without malolactic fermentation and without the use of wood – for maximum aromatic precision and a fine, chalky texture.

    Light, transparent straw yellow with silvery reflections. Very clear and expressive on the nose: lemon, lime and pink grapefruit, white peaches, plus elderflower, fresh herbs and a hint of tomato leaf. Taut and juicy on the palate: focussed citrus fruit, lively, precise acidity and a cool, salty mineral note with a fine chalky grip. Medium-bodied, straightforward and yet multi-layered, with a lingering fresh, spicy-mineral finish. A modern Langhe Sauvignon characterised by its terroir – crystal clear, full of energy and with an elegant texture; ideal now, with reserves for the next 2-4 years. SUPERIORE.DE
