Light, bright straw yellow with a subtle greenish shimmer – is how this exceptional white wine appears in the glass. The grapes come 100% from Nascetta, probably the only autochthonous white wine variety in the Langhe, which has been revitalised in Novello far beyond eye level – as a true expression of the diversity of regional grape varieties. The wine is matured in equal parts in stainless steel tanks and Slavonian 15-litre oak barrels – precisely balanced to combine freshness with an enveloping structure.

A fascinating balance of flavours on the nose: juicy quince and peach, complemented by floral notes of acacia and wild mimosa blossom, as well as saline-fresh hints of grapefruit and field herbs. The delicate, slightly resinous minerality that is typical of Nascetta is already evident on the nose. Elegant on the palate, with lively, fresh acidity that supports the velvety texture. The aromatic profile remains dense and harmonious, carried by a fine fruit sweetness and subtle salty complexity, lingering with a gentle hint of sage and minerality.
