    A very special wine made from overripe and strictly selected Aglianico grapes that thrive in Mastroberardino's south-facing vineyards. The Taurasi is aged for two years in oak barrels and one year in the bottle. A wine with a fascinating personality, power and extremely high Storage potential.

    Masses of raspberry, redcurrant and plum emerge from the glass, complemented by an array of autumnal spices and crushed violets. Its textural depth and density is impressive, silky, almost creamy, but perfectly contrasted by a core of mineral black fruits and vibrant acids, while a hint of rose and clove builds towards the finish. Persistent and structured on the palate, but also incredibly fresh, with fine tannins framing the smoky, mineral tones and lingering notes of blackberry and olive. This is a wonderful interpretation of Radici that has a great future ahead of it. SUPERIORE.DE
