“TRE” Rosso Toscana IGT 2024 (BIO)
Swiss precision meets Tuscan elegance in this characterful Supertuscan, which has embodied the Widmer family's DNA for over four decades. The name has a double meaning: three grape varieties and three terroirs, which Barbara Widmer combines with inimitable finesse to create a harmonious cuvée. This 70% Sangiovese composition comes from the vineyards of Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti and Maremma, refined with 15% each of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The continental Chianti vineyards at an altitude of 230-400 metres with their clay and galestro-interspersed soils meet the Mediterranean Maremma terroir with its sandy clay soils, which give the wine its characteristic depth.

![Rosato Toscana IGT 2025 (BIO)]()
Rosato Toscana IGT 2025 (BIO)
Monti in Chianti, on the southern tip of the Chianti Classico region, seven kilometres south of Gaiole. Marco Ricasoli-Firidolfi has been cultivating the same slopes here for generations – the family's history dates back to the Lombard era, and its winemaking tradition is almost as old. The estate has been certified organic since 2010. The Rosato is made from the same Sangiovese vineyards that also supply the grapes for the Chianti Classico and the Gran Selezione San Marcellino. Hand-harvested, with a short maceration period of 40 to 50 minutes, must clarification at low temperature, around one month's fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by three to four months sur lie. The result is not a light summer rosé, but a Rosato with substance: lively acidity, salinity and subtle minerality.

“Giravolta” Primitivo di Manduria DOP 2020 (BIO)
Giravolta – a name with a history. This was the name of the racehorse that once galloped across the Pozzopalo stud farm and always turned round abruptly in front of the old tuff quarry. This "U-turn" gave the wine its name, but it is the terra bianca, the white earth, that characterises it. While the basic Primitivo comes from the Terra Rossa, the Giravolta grows on calcareous, white soil, created by the breaking up of limestone. The tuffy, stony composition ensures rapid water drainage, but the porous stones also store moisture for the roots.

Merlot Alto Adige DOC 2023 (BIO)
For decades, Margreid has been considered the Merlot Eldorado of South Tyrol – and Alois Lageder as its master. On the gentle slopes between 230 and 320 metres above sea level, where the first international vines were planted back in 1934, Merlots of impressive clarity are produced. The bouquet reveals intense notes of wild berries and plums, interspersed with fine spices and a hint of graphite. ![Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2024 (BIO)]()
Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2024 (BIO)
Gewürztraminer polarises opinion. Some love the opulence, the rose blossom, the exotic heaviness. Others avoid it for this very reason. Alois Lageder has a clear stance on this: Gewürztraminer should be aromatic – but not overwhelming. It should show juiciness, drinkability and mineral depth. No perfume that overwhelms. A grape variety that shows what it can do without forgetting its limits. The answer lies in the diversity of its origins: twelve winemaking partners in Margreid, Kurtatsch, Tramin and the Eisack Valley – 230 to 740 metres above sea level, calcareous and volcanic soils side by side in rare diversity. The warm Unterland sites provide substance and fruit, while the cooler Eisack Valley delivers freshness and finesse. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel and partly in large wooden barrels, a small percentage fermented and macerated on the intact grapes. Matured mainly in steel on the fine lees for around four months.

The name says it all: Due lame – two terraces – refers to the extreme altitude range of the vineyards between 420 and 655 metres. These are the highest Sangiovese vineyards in the whole of Tuscany, arroccati on the mineral-rich steps that gave the village of Lamole its name. The ochre-coloured "Macigno Toscano" soils, interspersed with Galestro and Alberese, give the wine its characteristic sharpness and elegance. The winery in the heart of Chianti Classico has been part of the Santa Margherita Group (Herita Wines) since 1993 and vinifies in the historic cellars of a Castello dating back to 1350. The grapes undergo optical selection, ferment in stainless steel with 7-10 days of maceration and mature on the lees until late winter. A short maturation in large oak barrels rounds off the process.

“Mongrana” Bianco Toscana IGT 2025 (BIO)
In the 16th century, Ludovico Ariosto had the knights of the House of Mongrana ride through fantastical landscapes in Orlando Furioso – adventurous, freedom-loving, always ready to set off. The hippogriff, the winged hybrid creature that carries one beyond all boundaries, is the symbol of this epic. Querciabella has featured both on the label of its Maremma project: the name, the creature, the spirit. Since 1997, Querciabella has been cultivating vineyards in Banditella near Alberese – right on the Tuscan coast, where sea breezes, salty air and sandy soils shape the Mediterranean character of the wine. 100% Vermentino, 20,000 bottles, organically farmed. Fermentation in small concrete and steel tanks, carried out gently and precisely. The finish is savoury and tangy, with a hint of sour cherry and rosy flowers that linger for a long time. Really great fun! SUPERIORE.DE

“Il Sangiovese” Sangiovese Superiore Romagna DOC 2023 (BIO)
In 2010, Marco Cirese, grandson of Noelia Ricci, started a project within Tenuta Pandolfa: nine hectares of the best plots, a radical focus on Sangiovese, back to the origins. The label is adorned with a wasp – the insect that lives in the vineyard like no other. The vines are planted at an altitude of 250 to 300 metres, on ochre-coloured clay soils with limestone marl, in 2002. Spontaneous fermentation, 18 days of maceration, then six months in stainless steel – without clarification, without filtration. Purism as a principle.

![Soave Classico DOC 2025 (BIO)]()
Soave Classico DOC 2025 (BIO)
The three sisters from Fittà – Meri, Valentina and Alessandra Tessari – have turned the estate founded in 1982 by their parents, Giovanni and Rosetta, into one of the most respected names in Soave Classico. "Suavia" is the Germanic origin of "Soave" – the name says it all. Whilst their neighbours in the lowlands have long since succumbed to industrial pressures, the sisters cultivate exclusively the indigenous grape varieties Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave across twelve hectares at an altitude of 300 metres. Their vineyards lie on the volcanic hills of Fittà, on copper-red, black and grey soils rich in basalt and other volcanic rock. Here, where 50-year-old vines thrive on mineral-rich subsoil, wines of unmistakable expressiveness are produced.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2023 (BIO)
Vino Nobile is Montepulciano's answer to Tuscany's big question: What can Sangiovese do if you give it time? At Gracciano, the answer has been the same since the 19th century – and it has not changed. The Tenuta della Seta Ferrari Corbelli Greco family is one of the oldest addresses in the appellation, its vineyards on the Rovisci, Maramai and Toraia crus lie at 300 to 350 metres in south to south-easterly exposure, on clay soils that allow the Prugnolo Gentile to ripen slowly and fully, which is exactly what it needs. 90 per cent Prugnolo Gentile, ten per cent Merlot – a classic Gracciano assemblage. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 20 to 25 days of maceration in steel, then 18 months of ageing: 40 per cent in French tonneaux of 3.5 and 5 hectolitres, 60 per cent in large oak barrels from France and Slavonia.

!["Mongrana" Rosso Toscana IGT 2024 (BIO)]()
“Mongrana” Rosso Toscana IGT 2024 (BIO)
In the 16th century, Ludovico Ariosto had the knights of the House of Mongrana ride through fantastical landscapes in Orlando Furioso – adventurous, freedom-loving, always ready to set off. The hippogriff, the winged hybrid creature that carries its riders beyond all boundaries, is the symbol of this epic. Querciabella has featured both on the label of its Maremma project: the name, the creature, the spirit. Since 1997, Querciabella has been cultivating vines in Banditella near Alberese – right on the Tuscan coast, where sea breezes, salty air and sandy soils shape the Mediterranean character of the wine. Mongrana Rosso 2024 is made from seven grape varieties, including Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Petit Verdot – all grown separately, harvested separately, fermented separately, then blended to best express this vintage. No set formula, no fixed pattern. Just the decision of the year. 2024 in the Maremma: a wet spring nourished the soils, a warm, dry summer brought ripeness. Optimal phenolic and aromatic ripeness, balanced, fresh fruit. Fermentation in small concrete and steel tanks.
