    The vines for this complex Sauvignon Bianco grow under Guyot training on hills between 400 and 800 metres above sea level on weathered dolomite rock. Pale straw yellow in colour with green hues. The slightly oriental bouquet convinces with hints of elderflower, white peach and dried fruit. A lively acidity unfolds from the very first sip, surrounded by juicy, fruity notes and mineral nuances.
