A delicate, slightly aromatic Sauvignon with the variety’s typically distinctive bouquet, reminiscent of stinging nettle and elderberry. On the palate, wonderfully lively fruit with notes of green pepper, mint and gooseberry, accompanied by a hearty, crisp acidity. The finish is long, leaving a chalky minerality underscored by a hint of tropical blossoms. SUPERIORE.DE
