The porphyry-rich steep slopes of the Ritten above Bolzano offer first-class conditions for producing a Sauvignon Bianco with unique fruitiness, minerality, elegance and depth. Straw-yellow with greenish highlights. Precise fruity notes of gooseberry, elderflower, herbs, yeast and a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, it is harmonious with very well-integrated acidity, a pronounced body and an elegant, mineral character. Long and deep on the finish. SUPERIORE.DE

"A pale straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, elegant aromas of grapefruit, lemon balm, citrus zest and a hint of pineapple; very complex. Juicy and fresh on the palate at first, with tension building as it develops. Well-balanced. final with citrus notes." Falstaff

"A very fragrant nose of fresh herbs, flowers, citrus blossom and a touch of passion fruit. Medium-bodied and juicy with delicious fruit, yet dry and even lightly austere at the end. Very attractive." James Suckling
