Vigneto Gallina is a parcel with iconic status and is located in the core area of the famous Barbaresco Gallina vineyard, north of Neive. Vines with an average age of around 55 years are rooted on south-facing slopes with calcareous marl and sandy inclusions – an expression of terroir, history and origin, carried in every drop.

Brilliant ruby red in the glass with violet reflections. The bouquet is refined and complex: dark sour cherry, ripe plum and Mediterranean herbs, interspersed with delicate floral notes, balsamic spice nuances and a hint of grilled liquorice. On the palate, Vigneto Gallina embodies almost dancing power – dense and elegant, carried by silky tannins and lively acidity. The salty minerality comes to the fore and lends the long finish a glass-like clarity and lasting tension.
