Bright ruby red in colour with a slight garnet hue – a lively start to this elegant Nebbiolo from the breathtaking vineyards of Ravera near Monforte d'Alba at an altitude of around 400 metres. The vines are around 15 years old and are deeply rooted in chalky clay soil, which gives the wine its characteristic freshness and precision. After manual harvesting and gentle fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures for around 14 months in used French barriques before being bottled.

Lush aromas of ripe raspberry and wild strawberry on the nose, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a fine spiciness. Lively and finely structured on the palate: juicy fruit, balanced acidity and lightly textured tannins lend clarity and grip. A Nebbiolo that delights with its freshness and delicate elegance – ideal for immediate enjoyment, but also with potential for another five to seven years. SUPERIORE.DE
