Medium golden yellow in colour with bright reflections. The Chardonnay grapes come from selected plots in the Langhe, whose later harvest gives the wine aromatic depth and a fine melting flavour. In the cellar, the wine is carefully matured according to the Burgundian school: temperature-controlled fermentation, long maturation on the fine lees, a targeted proportion in wood to promote complexity and structure without overpowering the freshness.

The bouquet opens with ripe pear, yellow peach, citrus zest and hints of white flowers, carried by subtle roasted flavours, hazelnut and a hint of vanilla. The palate reveals a combination of power and finesse: juicy fruit fullness, creamy texture, present but delicate acidity and a mineral backbone that lends length and precision. A Chardonnay that blends the warmth of Piedmont with the cool noblesse of Burgundy – a wine for subtle connoisseurs and for moments and meals where more complex white wines find their rightful place.
