The wine's aromas are characterised on the one hand by fresh apricots and nectarines and on the other by creamy almond paste, preserved lemon and poached pear. It possesses a balanced inner sweetness and silken textures, displaying excellent form and refinement as brisk acidity and tactile minerals complicate its tart orchard fruits.
