    Bright ruby red. On the nose, a small basket of red berries and cherries, with delicate floral notes of violets. Quite full-bodied, very dry with subtle fruit and an extremely fine, sparkling mousse; has a long finish and is very finely balanced. The winery recommended it with tortellini in brodo – and we can only agree – a perfect match. SUPERIORE.DE
