    Passerina, a traditional, indigenous grape variety from central Italy, expresses its fresh, lively side here. Pale straw yellow in the glass with a greenish tinge. Citrus fruits, white flowers, yellow pear and a hint of wild herbs on the nose. Animating on the palate, with clear acidity, fine flavour and a delicate mineral finish. The ageing in stainless steel emphasises freshness and varietal typicity. An uncomplicated, but not random white wine - easy to drink and typical of Abruzzo. SUPERIORE.DE
