La Manina, a vibrant white wine from biodynamic vineyards in the Dolomites, is characterised by its freshness and true expression of its terroir. The 2024 vintage was characterised by sunny days, cool mountain nights and healthy grapes with pronounced character. Following hand-picking, it ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. This is followed by a few months' ageing on fine lees to enhance its texture and structure.

A brilliant straw-yellow colour with a green rim. The aromas unfold with a subtle citrus depth, notes of yellow apple and lime, and a hint of white flowers and hay. On the palate, the wine is harmoniously structured: lively acidity, juicy fruit, mineral clarity and an elegant finish with final slightly salty final. La Manina is a wine typical of the region, combining precision with an invigorating drive – more than just uncomplicated, it perfectly embodies the house's style and possesses an attractive personality.
