The vineyards around Margreid are located on a gentle slope between 220 and 350 metres above sea level and face south-southeast. The white, broodinglimestone gravel soil has a high humus content. Brilliant dark ruby red colour. Complex aroma of cherries, blackberries, blackberries and liquorice. Firm flavour, very warm and round, the silky tannins excellently proportioned. Finely melting on the finish, very long and full. SUPERIORE.DE
