The Rosato from the Alta Mora line comes from old Nerello Mascalese vines on slopes between 600 and 800 metres above sea level on the northern flanks of Mount Etna. The barren, volcanic soils, characterised by lava rock and mineral ash, give the wine a tension typical of its origin and a fine, salty depth. The grapes are harvested early and pressed directly to preserve freshness and finesse. The wine is matured exclusively in stainless steel.

Delicate salmon pink in the glass, with a light copper-coloured reflection. Redcurrant, white cherry, blood orange and a hint of Mediterranean herbs on the nose – finely interwoven, cool and clear. Lively and precise on the palate: animating acidity, salty minerality and a dry, silky final with subtle fruit and light spice. The high altitude and the typical Etna microclimate with cool nights and a slow ripening phase ensure exceptional balance and freshness.
