Contini's premium range, I Giganti, embodies a modern fusion of tradition and terroir, with expression, character and a subtle hint of Sardinian grandeur. Available as white, rosé and red wines, they pay homage to the great statues discovered in the 1970s at the archaeological site of Mont'e Prama, just 2 km from the Cabras pond. It was farmers, tilling the fields with their ploughs, who brought these precious treasures of the past to light. These sandstone figures were called "giants" due to their considerable size. They depict brave warriors, symbols of strength and courage.

I Giganti Bianco blends Vernaccia and Vermentino, carefully composed and aged in stainless steel as well as on the fine lees in tonneaux for seven months. A technical decision that lends substance to the structure without masking its vibrant freshness. A radiant straw yellow with a delicate golden sheen – even the light here appears nuanced and vibrant. On the nose, a complex bouquet unfolds: white spices, chamomile and aromas of the Mediterranean scrub rise up, resting on a foundation of freshness and elegance. The palate follows with a clear, delicate texture: taut fruit, salty minerality and lively acidity – all kept in perfect balance. The finish lingers, delicately spicy and full of finesse. SUPERIORE.DE
