The grapes come from the sandy-limestone hills around Selegas (single vineyard), where they develop mineral depth thanks to the granite subsoil. Following cool fermentation, the wine matures on its fine lees in stainless steel – a philosophy of uncompromising clarity.

In the glass, it is a radiant, pale straw colour with a delicate golden sheen. The nose entices with intense nuances: yellow peach, green pear, the scent of white wildflowers, a subtle herbal note and a stylish salty-mineral undertone. On the palate, Is Argiolas is in a league of its own: a creamy texture meets gripping freshness; the fruit is juicy, the acidity crystal-clear – this is pure excitement.
