On the palate, the indigenous Bombino Nero is characterised by fresh acidity, fine fruit expression and salty minerality. Ageing in stainless steel tanks preserves clarity and finesse. "Pungirosa" is a wonderful Castel del Monte DOCG Rosato – light-footed, but not insignificant.
