    Walter Massa's single-vineyard Timorasso Montecitorio is produced through cold maceration lasting approximately 40 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 12 months, during which the lees are stirred regularly for approximately 12 months.

    Timorasso Montecitorio has aromas of candied orange, petrol, wild flowers and honey. Rich and complex in the glass, it takes on Riesling-like nuances of minerality. After some aeration (or, better still, further bottle ageing), it reveals countless layers of aromas and a depth which, together with its exotic overall character and salty notes, make Montecitorio unmistakable and magnificent! SUPERIORE.DE
