    Light copper pink colour. Delicate aromas of rose petals, candied cherry, citrus and traces of roses and damp earth. On the palate, complex flavours of cherry, redcurrant and white pepper. Everything is underpinned by a beautiful minerality and crisp acidity. The interesting finish brings out notes of orange and ginger. All in all, a serious rosato with a highly engaging character.
