Pale straw yellow with a greenish tinge. Clear, varietal aromas on the nose: green almonds, white flowers, lemon and a hint of aniseed. Fresh, dry and balanced on the palate with fine fruit, lively acidity and subtle minerality. The organic ageing in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness and character of origin.
