Made from Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino, it has a fine, yellow-fruity flavour with citrus, apple peel and white flowers. Lively, straightforward and pleasantly dry on the palate, with a good flow and clear structure. Ideal with light dishes or simply as an animating terrace wine with regional character.
