The 2021 vintage spoils with clear, balanced fruit. Rich ruby red in the glass with a subtle garnet rim. A multi-layered aroma on the nose: black cherry, plum, some violets and fine spice, accompanied by elegant roasted notes. The wine is round on the palate, with fine tannins and harmonious freshness – while remaining approachable, supple and yet with a classic structure.
