"The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Vieris is savoury through and through, with a spicy herbal push on the attack that segues into young mango, basil and dried citrus. Its texture is deep and almost heavy, with tantalising acidity and a cascade of green apple and hints of sage. The finish is long and fresh, with a hint of sour melon and salty hints that linger.
