    Bright cherry pink with a silvery rim – this Cerasuolo is fresh, lively and has a clearly recognisable structure. It has a red fruit flavour: Sour cherry, raspberry and a hint of rose blossom. On the palate, it has lively acidity, delicate fruit and a pleasant salty minerality. The ageing in stainless steel preserves the freshness and purity of the Montepulciano grape.
