The Rosé of San Michele Appiano is a single-varietal Pinot Noir from selected vineyards with predominantly southern exposure around the municipality of Eppan. Fresh, fruity, juicy and elegant rosato. "Fallwind" is the new name for the Pinot Nero Riserva with feminine scents of sweet fruits, flowers, minerals and spices. Slender and delicate on the palate, with great balance. The name "Mimuèt" (to my taste) comes from Ladin. Convinced that South Tyrol offers the best conditions for the Pinot Noir grape variety, Alois Lageder paid particular attention to it at a very early stage.
