ÙE Merlot Gran Riserva matures sealed and supervised by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Authority for over 12 years in sherry casks from Jerez de la Frontera in the company's cellars.

Natural amber colour with a golden sheen. Very elegant on the nose with sweet scents of marzipan, sultanas, iris, violets and candied fruits, which are echoed in the lingering taste and with balsamic notes.

Amber-coloured grappa made from the marc of selected grapes from Friuli with an ageing period of eight years in small barrels of various woods. Soft, elegant bouquet, complex, velvety and persistent on the palate. We discover fruity and floral notes, vanilla and almonds, dried fruit and grapes. Serve this fine Riserva at room temperature in balloon-shaped glasses and allow the distillate to rest in the glass for a few minutes to allow the flavours to come into their own in full harmony. The brilliantly clear Grappa Cru Monovitigno Pignolo was produced in very limited quantities and bottled in 150 numbered decanters with a vintage label, exclusively available only at SUPERIORE.DE It is a single-varietal grappa made from marc of the rare Pignolo grape from the Nonino vineyard in Buttrio in Friuli. It is rich, elegant and velvety smooth with a pronounced wild berry flavour.

With "Cru Monovitigno Pignolo", the Noninos are taking part in the "Omaggio a Venezia" project, an initiative involving prestigious Italian brand producers such as Alessi, Loro Piana, Missoni, Tod's, Trussardi and others. "Omaggio a Venezia" aims to help the city fathers of Venice to preserve the artistic and architectural heritage, this unique and unmistakable style of Venice.

Part of the proceeds from the sale will be given to the city of Venice for the restoration of the 17th century "Camerino degli Stucchi" in the Ca'Rezzonico Museum. SUPERIORE.DE

ÙE La Riserva dei Cent'anni is a blend of grape distillates aged over fourteen years in barriques from different grape varieties. The bouquet is soft, lively and perfect with slight spicy tones (saffron, cinnamon, curry, nutmeg) and hints of dried fruit. Warm, soft, round, persistent and velvety on the palate.

This unique Monovitigno Riserva matured for 18 years in barrique no. 419 made of Nevers oak. Intense amber colour, intense aroma of bitter almonds and sultanas. Fruity, full and round in the mouth, the olfactory impressions are confirmed.

The Tocai grapes from the Collio Friulano were harvested in 1988. From 9 August 1989 to 25 October 2007, ÙE Cru Tocai Collio matured in the cellars of the Noninos. The result was 453 Liters this elegant distillate, which was bottled by hand in 647 mouth-blown bottles. The fill level may vary, as each bottle is unique.

Unique in terms of innovation and research. Contrary to the Liters, which tends to advise neutral distillates to be aged in barriques, the typical characteristics of the Friulano grapes are retained in this way. SUPERIORE.DE

The Nonino family presented the bonded Grappa Nonino Riserva Aged 20 Years in 2021. There are 664 numbered bottles.

A rare and precious grappa made from selected marcs of white and red grape varieties of Friuli with a natural smoky note, which Benito distilled in the discontinuous copper steam still at the Nonino distilleries in Ronchi di Percoto. Afterwards, this grappa matured for 20 years in a small, former sherry cask no. 166, sealed and constantly monitored by customs and the monopoly agency, in the company's own maturation cellar since 2001.

Gold-orange in the glass. Full and intense on the nose with notes of cream, honey, fruit, hints of orange, chocolate and a fine, natural smoky note. Full-bodied and persistent on the palate with a composition of apricot, cream, dried fruits, spices and pepper as well as a fine, natural smoky note and hints of sherry.

The Cabernet grapes from the Collio Friulano were harvested in 1997. Afterwards, ÙE Cru Cabernet Friuli matured in the cellars of the Noninos. The result was 265 Liters this elegant distillate, which was bottled by hand in 378 spherical bottles. The closure is refined with 24k gold. The fill level can vary, as each bottle is unique. Nonino's great Grappa Picolit Gran Riserva matures sealed and supervised by the Italian customs and monopoly authority for 10 years in former Sauternes barriques in the distillery's maturation cellars.

Rare, elegant and precious. The wood of the barrels preloaded with Sauternes forms a harmonious whole with the notes of the Picolit grape, which smell of honey, spices, chocolate and candied fruits and convey a feeling of purity. Seductive, flavourful notes on the final.

Since 1984, the Noninos have been bringing their ÙE grape distillate Cru Monovitigno Picolit to market in a limited edition and a special decanter. An extremely exclusive product. You will find it exclusively in the most famous restaurants and wine bars in the world (New York: San Domenico, Los Angeles: "Valentino" di Piero Selvaggio, Paris: "Alain Ducasse", Montecarlo: Hotel de Paris, Florence: Enoteca Pinchiorri).

Each decanter for "La Collezione 2008" - "L'Athanor Cosmic Fornace" was handcrafted. Five glass artists are involved in the production of a single bottle. The designer is Luca Cendali and the glass art manufacturer is none other than Venini in Murano. Using the so-called Balloton technique and silver leaf, a design object was created that symbolises the "Athanor", the philosophical furnace for the production of the philosopher's stone - or "The Cosmic Furnace", the cosmic furnace (guardian of the immortal flame). The precious decanter in three colour variations (amber, red and aquamarine) is delivered in a casket made of fine walnut wood.

The ÙE distillate from Picolit grapes of the 2007 harvest is already a visual sensation: crystal clear and of enchanting charm. The nose experiences pure elegance with the scent of wildflower honey, acacia flowers and notes of fine figs. On the palate, the olfactory impressions are confirmed, exquisite and persistent.
