    Here comes Stella, a beautiful Metodo Classico made from 100% Chardonnay, whose name comes from Barbara's daughter Nina - she always called the fine bubbles in the sparkling wine "stars". Clear bouquet with subtle aromas of fresh brioche and almond notes. On the palate, this dry sparkling wine is filigree, pointed and with a first-class, fine perlage and very good length.
