The evening fall winds of the Mendel Mountains characterise the entire terroir of the St. Michael-Eppan winery. The Pinot Grigio from a single vineyard with loamy limestone gravel soils is another prime example of how Pinot Gris from Italy can be much more than just a simple wine for drinking.
