      Lageder's project with this grape variety began several years ago and resulted in the crossing of Rheinriesling and Pinot Bianco. In the cellar, traditional methods were used to ensure a great deal of freshness and liveliness. Thus, contact with the skins over several days sharpens the profile of the wine. After the spontaneous fermentation, Fórra remains on the yeasts in wooden barrels for several months.       BLA BLA BLA is a so-called comet wine made from 100% leaf alder, an almost completely forgotten autochthonous grape variety of South Tyrol. The grapes come from Bolzano vineyards at about 280 m above sea level. The whole fruit of this experimental white wine, vinified in small editions of 980 bottles, is completely macerated for 3 weeks, thus extracting important berry contents from the skins. The wine is aged on the full yeast for up to 18 months in wooden barrels, tonneau and used barriques. With the current edition the grapes of three vintages were blended together.

      This uniquely exciting whiteness is strongly reductive, but despite all its purism, it is still recognizably Burgundy with a dominant salty note. For us it is a wine for meditation, which needs a lot of air as well as leisure and tranquillity - only then the wine connoisseur can enjoy an experience that is second to none.
