    Ribolla Gialla "del Pompiere" Venezia Giulia IGT 2019

    Mario Schiopetto was born in 1930, he grew up in the Osteria ai Pompieri, which is owned by the family, and made his first professional experiences as a fireman and later as a truck driver. In 1963, guided only by his taste and love for wine, he began to dedicate himself to the production of wine in his parents' business and in 1965 he produced the first pure Tocai. At that time the historical label contained the drawing of his fire engine, with which he also delivered wine to customers at that time. With the current 2019 vintage, the winery is recalling these historic roots and is reviving the cute drawing on some of its wine labels.

    The Ribolla Gialla brings a beautiful exotic note to the glass with notes of lemon, honey, orange blossom and melon. Full-bodied and juicy, clear and pure. One could almost say: a great growth. SUPERIORE.DE
