    Bright ruby red with a garnet red centre. Barolo 2020 from our own and leased vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba presents itself with a complex aroma: ripe cherry, red plum and raspberry combine with notes of violet, rose petal, sweet spices and a hint of tobacco. Characteristic depth and energy of the vintage on the palate – powerful but clearly characterised, with present, well-integrated acidity and polished tannins. The fruit remains precise and juicy right into the long, mineral-influenced finish, while fine balsamic nuances and a subtle earthiness emphasise its origin from the limestone and clay-rich vineyards around Serralunga.
