    Pale straw yellow with a greenish tinge. Fine citrus fruit, white flowers, a hint of lime honey and delicate yeast notes on the nose - typical of the lively Ribolla Gialla. On the palate, the wine is clear and straightforward, with a juicy freshness, delicate structure and a subtly salty final. The ageing in stainless steel preserves the purity of the variety and emphasises the straightforward style of the house.
