Ricasoli's classic is made from 95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from a south-facing plot at an ideal altitude of 250 to 450 metres above sea level.

The 2018 edition of Castello di Brolio is a beautiful wine with great richness and depth. The bouquet intense of small red berries, violets and spices. On the palate, you can feel the precision, structure and freshness. The tannin and acid structure is well proportioned and promises a long life and an interesting ageing period. SUPERIORE.DE
