Pora overwhelms with incredible complexity and a variety of aromas ranging from stone fruit, raspberries and liquorice to dried flowers, spices and white truffle. Despite all its lush fruit, the Pora has a good structural foundation. Juicy notes of dark cherries, plums, espresso, menthol and liquorice unfold in this forward, wonderfully inviting Riserva from the Produttori. The wine overflows with flavours, but its lean and polished personality continues on the palate. Multi-layered, exciting and still quite youthfully austere today, it needs a few years to relax and develop. SUPERIORE.DE
