    The vineyards are located 15 metres above sea level, facing west, on river sediment soils with a sandy texture. The coastal sun shines through in the bright straw-yellow nuances of this wine. The fresh bouquet has notes of lemon, freshly cut green apples and hints of mint and sage; these Mediterranean impressions are also found on the palate.
