    The grapes for the "Tasso" come from the renowned Asolo DOCG and form a vintage cuvée full of character from several small vineyards on just 0.97 hectares on the hills of Montello, which is released for sale each year with a delay of around 10 months. Bright, sparkling straw yellow in colour. Cool smoke, delicate grapefruit, lime and lemon on the nose. Melting on the palate with a concentrated fruit centre, the wonderful perlage is in the background here. The fruit and dry dosage complement each other perfectly right through to the final.
