    Light garnet colour with a ruby red core. Red cherry, raspberry and pomegranate on the nose, along with violet, rose petal, a hint of blood orange and fine spice nuances on a cool, stony-mineral foundation. Silky and taut at the same time on the palate: the fruit is crystal clear, carried by lively, straight acidity and fine-grained, grippy tannins. The wood ageing remains discreetly in the background as a textural finesse, the final is long, cool and salty-mineral.
