    K-Volve is the new top Rosato from Garofoli and always comes onto the market a year later: a single-varietal Montepulciano rosé that boasts a spicy blend of red berries, rose petals and vanilla. It has a round and gentle character that is carried by a salty acidity and citrus tones that enliven the tart fruit of the orchard. This characterful rosato rejuvenates with persistence, remaining remarkably fresh as notes of sour cherry and a hint of lime slowly fade away.
